What is KJK?
KJK is a B2B one-stop white-label technology platform: back office, mobile-first player site, Game API, payment gateway management, AI customer service and operations tools. KJK provides technology only.
Who can use KJK?
Licensed operators only. Operators must hold a valid licence and operate only where their licence permits. The player site must follow 18+ and responsible gaming requirements.
How much does KJK cost, and what do the fees cover?
The RM 888 Setup Fee (one-time) launches your own branded site. Site design is included in the Setup Fee (RM 888). The RM 1,888 Monthly Fee covers system use, server costs and routine maintenance. The Add-on Fee is RM 0. All subject to the written agreement.
Does the Monthly Fee include GGR and payment fees?
No. GGR and payment fees are not included in the Monthly Fee and are charged separately based on actual usage, subject to the written agreement.
What does “add-ons free forever” mean?
It is not a limited-time trial. Clients who sign by the campaign end date (31 Oct 2026) keep AI customer service, operations tools, the mobile app (PWA), push broadcast, custom site design and features we release later free forever, subject to the written service agreement.
Are the promotion features complete?
Operations tools include promotions, channel promotion, user management and other back-office operations. Built-in promotion features include lucky wheel and red-packet rain mini games, rebate rules, voucher management, multi-tier VIP levels, push broadcast and a referral / downline system. We can check them against your campaign plans during the demo.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
Yes. Site name, logo and style are yours to set, and you can bind your own domains. Start from a marketplace template and adjust it with the page builder, custom pages and global styles.
Is there a mobile app?
The player site works as a PWA, so players can add it to their home screen without an app-store listing. An iOS install guide is included.
Which languages, currencies and payment channels are supported?
The player site is multi-language. Currency, language and payment channels are configured per deployment, and we can confirm your needs during the demo.
How long does launch take?
Launch in 3 days: your branded site is ready to go live. Those 3 days cover binding your domains, setting up your brand and site design (marketplace templates available) and configuring currency, language, payment channels and Game API.
Can I switch to KJK from another provider?
Yes. A new KJK site launches in 3 days; whether and how existing data can be migrated is confirmed case by case, subject to the written agreement. KJK is an independent brand and is not affiliated with JK8, NEWBOSS or other brands. See the switching guide.
