Categories and lobby aligned with JK8-style platforms

- Sports has an entry in both the home tabs and the game lobby, the same way JK/JK8-style platforms organise it.
- SBO and BTi can each be switched on or off.
- Migrating from a JK8-style platform: keep the sports entry first, then decide which provider to open based on your licence and market.
What the back office can do
Only features that exist in the demo back office are listed.
Show or hide system categories in the game lobby, for example slots and live casino only.
